Cookie Policy
Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, the Villa Rose Hotel has a strict policy of 48 hours notice. In the event of the Villa Rose Hotel not being notified of a cancellation the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card. Cancellations 48 hours before check-in incur no charges.

In the case of Advance Purchase/Non Refundable Bookings - Credit card charged upon booking and strictly non refundable. Booking Terms and Conditions state that we hold credit card details as security.

We reserve the right to recover all charges incurred during your stay or as a result of room charges, noise disruption or damage from either the credit card used at the time of booking or the card given as security on arrival.
